"Through the services of a chiropractor while stationed in SC, my daughter was introduced to Frances and her incredible massage technique. "When I went to see Frances, my hip flexors, shoulders and neck were hurting me so much that I truly was crying. I even had ear aches from my neck pain. I had tried doctor-prescribed pain medication, pain patches and even cortisone shots for months, but nothing helped. I had tried massage from another practitioner, but it didn't help. The massage was just what I call a relaxation massage, no deep tissue or addressing real pain issues. "Frances has been able to offer me healing hands through a life time of back injuries, stress of work, travel and an occasional pinched nerve. "When I started experiencing nagging back pain with sciatica following a fall, I was reluctant to seek traditional medical care (i.e. pain killers, muscle relaxants, and x-rays). As a nurse I thought I just needed rest, NSAIDS and time. I thought I would be willing to live with the pain even if it disrupted my sleep. Fortunately, I consulted with Frances and got a deep tissue massage. At the end of the massage, my pain was gone. I was very impressed with how quickly Frances identified my problem and nimbly worked to correct it. She listened intently to my complaints and the structured a plan using supportive stretches that would ultimately help me. She gave me detailed instructions for the stretches that would strengthen the relevant muscles and strengthen my hip adductors. With her advice I was also able to devise a complementary and alternative medicine approach to my problem. This included acupuncture treatments and Frances' deep tissue massage. I appreciated Frances' professionalism and her strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology and the way she applied her knowledge to the healing treatments I received. Her skills are exceptional and I would recommend her treatments to others without reservation."

"I consider myself to be somewhat of an expert recipient of massage, as I had my first session when I was fifteen and I am now teetering on the brink of fifty-three. And while it's true that to some degree massage is like a pizza (even when it's bad it's still pretty good) the variation from one practitioner to another is vast. Frances distinguishes herself from others in several key areas. She has the maturity to be fully committed to her practice and her work ethic dictates that she offer her best each time.
