Orthopedic Massage is a unique, multidisciplinary focus on the prevention and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal dysfunction, chronic pain, and sports injuries through the use of therapeutic assessment, manipulation and movement of soft tissue. The primary modalities utilized include myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, joint-capsule massage, scar tissue mobilization techniques, stretching, neuromuscular re-education, strengthening, and specific client home care protocols.
The combination of these techniques can allow immediate and permanent results in even the most challenging and complicated conditions.

Intuitive Massage is a customized blend of everything Frances has learned, designed to help both relax and ease pain. This therapy addresses the cause of the pain, not just the symptoms. By releasing chronic patterns of tension in the body with slow strokes and deep pressure on the contracted muscles, tendons, and fascia, this personalized massage softens the muscles so that the therapist can move in deeply to break up scar tissue, making adhesions less rigid and more mobile. Muscles become more elastic and return to a state of true health and optimal function.
